Dayton, Ohio Business Attorneys: The law firm Myers & Frayne Co., LPA was established on July 1, 1992 by Jacob A. Myers and Anne M. Frayne, who sought to provide creative solutions to their clients in a variety of legal areas. Our existing clients continued to use our legal skills and analytical abilities as did new clients who were attracted to our efficient and effective solutions to their legal problems and business goals. Since our inception, we have grown to accomodate our increasing client base and continuing demand for innovative as well as traditional answers in an ever-changing business world. The firm prides itself on it's creative solutions to sophisticated issues and to provide litigation support in all of it's practice areas. The firm, located in Dayton, Ohio has clients located throughout Ohio but, the predominance are located in Montgomery, Clark, Greene, Warren, Miami, Preble, Darke, Mercer and Auglaize counties.

| • | Case Experience Some of our case experience includes: • Obtained a $4,100,000 judgment for fraudulent conveyances to two Dayton businessmen by a Dayton title agency.• Obtained large bequests for two churches in a will contest action. • Successfully completed two different freeze-out mergers to eliminate hostile minority shareholder. • Co-counsel in obtaining a $750,000 wrongful death settlement in one case, and a $400,000 wrongful death settlement in another.• Obtained a $595,000 settlement on an errors and omissions policy. • Successful in obtaining a buyout of a one-third interest in real estate at appraisal value. • Successful in obtaining termination of a trust when beneficiary became terminally ill so he could enjoy his trust funds prior to death.• Successful in obtaining settlement for widower. • Successful in obtaining severance packages for executives and management employees terminated during downsizing.• Obtained a substantial settlement for beneficiaries of a trust from a title agency that closed a sale transaction for a trustee in violation of a trust agreement. |

She was admitted to the Ohio bar in 1979, the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 1980, the US Tax Court in 1984, the U,S, Supreme Court in 2000, and also the US District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the US Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. |
